The low maintenance option
Guaranteed not to warp, twist or flake. The Rhino Door has its colour permanently locked into the outer skin and will never need to be painted while the glazing is simply fitted using integrated glazing cassettes. Our clip together glazing cassette utilises a unique, patented, hardened steel clip system which holds the glazing securely in place and eliminates the need for unsightly screw cap covers. This combined with the option of a resilient fast fit edging strip and the very latest locking systems, the Rhino Door takes the cost out of maintenance.

Safe and Secure
Fitted with the very latest Yale multipoint locking system, its robust core and impenetrable skin, the Rhino Door set from Hurst is designed to endure a sustained attack from an intruder.

Thresholds and Weather Bars
The Rhino Door set can be supplied with a choice of threshold specifications including low threshold sections that meet the BS6375 Part 1 Class C (Severe) weather test and height restrictions of Part M. Fitted with a unique thermal break our low threshold prevents cold transfer while offering no obstacle to wheeled traffic or the walking disabled.

Tested by Experts
The Hurst Rhino Door has been independently tested and achieved full accreditation for the stringent PAS 23/24 standard including the new clause 11 that covers severe physical attack on the lock cylinder and door handle. The Hurst Rhino door also complies with the latest requirements of

PAS 23, Annex ‘D’ and has undergone extreme thermal performance testing to guarantee it withstands the adverse effects of extreme weather conditions. In all test situations the Hurst Rhino Door Set surpassed the required standards.

PAS 23 Weather performance – certified accreditation is given to door sets that prove themselves to be fit for purpose after testing to various extreme weather conditions.

PAS 24 Enhanced security performance – certified accreditation gained after independent testing against extreme physical attack using various methods that replicate those commonly used by unwanted intruders.
